What security does GoodTrust have?

GoodTrust takes security seriously and protects your information with multiple layers of industry-standard measures. All communication between your browser and our service is secured with SSL encryption. Files uploaded to GoodTrust servers are encrypted using AES-256 encryption, a widely trusted standard for protecting sensitive data.

Your account is protected by strong password requirements and two-factor authentication (2FA), adding an extra layer of security at sign-in. Access to your vault is controlled by your credentials, and you decide which trusted contacts are granted permission.

GoodTrust is also SOC 2 Type II certified, meaning our security controls and processes are independently audited and verified.
