To initiate the closure of a GoodTrust account, we require certain documents from you. We cannot proceed with the account closure until we have received all the necessary information.
The required information and documents are:
- Your name and relationship to the deceased person.
- A photocopy of your government-issued photo ID
- Any documents establishing your legal connection to the deceased person
- A copy of the deceased person's death certificate
If the death certificate is not in English, please provide an accurate, notarized translation.
If your documentation is online, you may attach screenshots of it.
