I can't find my email from GoodTrust?

Sometimes emails will be delivered to your spam or junk folder instead of your inbox. If that happens we recommend that you mark the email as safe and your next email from GoodTrust will be delivered to your inbox instead.

Here is how to do it:

  1. On your computer, open Gmail.
  2. On the left, click More.
  3. Click Spam.
  4. Open the email.
  5. At the top, click Not spam.

Tip: To stop a message from being sent to Spam in the future, you can:

  1. Add the sender to your Contacts.
  2. Filter these messages.
